About

The Lost Flamingo Company is an Ohio University organization that provides all students of all majors a chance to participate in the production of theater. Everything about our group is based on students. From the moment the show is chosen until it hits the stage, students are the ones who put it all together. The directors, producers, actors, stage managers and everyone involved are students. We welcome everyone to come out and get involved!

In addition to performing a variety of shows and musicals, the Lost Flamingo Company also has an improv troupe called Black Sheep Inc. Black Sheep performs every Thursday at 9 pm in Scripps 111. They also periodically perform for Laughter After Dark in the Front Room on Friday nights.

Publicity is a huge part of our group. We rely on posters, fliers and press releases to advertise everything we have going on every quarter, and the Flaminjas are in charge of it all. The Flaminjas are the group of people that makes everything happen and are the ones that help cast and crews bring audiences to their shows. Being a Flaminja is also open to all students on campus.

Our meetings are held in Baker Center 233 on Tuesdays at 8pm.
